PKB is delivered as a Software as a Service. There is one annual subscription for all services covering software, integrations, training infrastructure, hosting etc.

There are no big capital outlays, nor hidden service charges nor billable extras. One price you can budget and plan against.

There is no software to install, no hardware to maintain and PKB is entirely responsible for maintaining our Service Level Agreements. No local software or hardware installation is required meaning easy adoption at scale and a trouble free end-user experience - automatic upgrades are released every two weeks with no ‘downloads’ required.

PKB is accessible by any internet connected device via a URL or NHS app for phones and tablets (where requested by a locality).
